The Secrets: Karen Gray, Carole Raymont, Jackie Allen and Pat Miller recorded "The Boy Next Door" in 1963 for Phillips Records. This
recording achieved the #18 position on the Billboard chart and was written and produced by Madara and White. They are from Cleveland,
where they were discovered, and soon after they travelled to New York for their recording session. Their follow-up recordings
did'nt fare as well but they had a great time touring and appearing on many TV shows.
